Customer Support Services

1. REVIEW OF CURRENT COVERAGE'S
Existing Insurance Policies are reviewed to determine if current coverage's address your unique exposures. We routinely utilize an Exposure/Coverage Checklist to determine, in coordination with our client, if there are any uncovered risk exposures applicable to your business.

Upon completion of the review of coverage's, a synopsis of current coverage's and recommendations for improvements is provided to the client.

2. MARKETING & PLACEMENT
Insurance coverage's are marketed to a variety of carriers in order to obtain the broadest of coverage's and the best premiums.

Final premium and coverage quotation are presented to the client for review and the final placement decision is made by the client.

3. CERTIFICATES
Certificates of Insurance are issued upon request. An annual review of Certificate Holder is done so that certificates can be issued automatically at each renewal.

4. ENDORSEMENTS
Changes during the policy term are handled by us upon request of the client. The change is requested, coverage bound and any additional or return premium charges are verified for accuracy before being sent to our client.

5. ANNUAL AUDITS
Most Liability and Workers Compensation Coverage are written of an "auditable" basis. Audits are checked carefully and verified before being forwarded to our clients.

6. PREMIUM BREAK-DOWNS
Premium allocations between locations and/or Named Insured's are sometime required - upon request of our clients we will allocate the premium desired.

7. INVOICES/BILLINGS
We will issue invoices to coincide with the requirements of our clients and to coincide with break-downs.

8. INSURANCE BINDERS
Insurance Binders evidencing coverage in effect are issued and delivered to our clients as soon as we have been advised by our clients that coverage is to be affected.

9. AUTO IDENTIFICATION CARDS
Auto Identification Cards are issued immediately upon advice of the client that coverage is to be effected.

10. SUMMARY OF COVERAGE'S
Each of our clients is provided with a comprehensive, easy-to-read summary of coverage's in effect. This summary is updated on an annual basis or when any endorsements are issued which materially affect coverage.

11. PROPOSALS
An annual proposal is prepared for each of our clients which includes coverage's as existing or expiring as well as recommendations for improvements in coverage.

12. CLAIMS SERVICES
The need for proper coverage is never realized until a claim occurs. Therefore, this is an integral part of any insurance program. We pay very close attention to this part of the "Total Service Picture"
We have a fully staffed, experienced Claims Administration Department which is set up to respond to monitor the more serious and/or problematic claims. Upon receipt of a notice of loss, we will review the policies to determine the applicability of coverage.

Follow up with the insurance carrier is provided to ascertain that your claims are being handled in a fair, prompt and professional manner.

Loss activity and payment has an effect on premium charged, therefore, we review all activity closely. If a frequency problem appears to be developing, we will contact you to determine the cause of frequency and any measures which can be implemented to avoid further loss.

We will provide you with periodic loss runs. These may be monthly, quarterly or annually at your request.

Also, at your request, we will conduct a review of the open and closed claims with your carrier. It is strongly recommended that you accompany the RTI personnel to such review with the insurance carrier.
