A SPECIAL CLAIMS MESSAGE FROM RTI INSURANCE SERVICES
With the damage caused by Hurricane Ernesto, we wanted to inform you of the
steps we are taking to make sure you receive the best and most prompt claims
service possible.
One of the benefits of having insurance with an agency that has multiple offices
both in and out of the State of Florida, is that we can harness the strength and
ability of many people in multiple states assisting you, even if some of our
offices are rendered non-operational by storm damage.
We have set up a “special claims hot-line” at our Sarasota office and the
staff there will be able to assist you with handling your claims needs. Please
call us at 1- 866-RTI- 4YOU, our Account Specialists are ready to provide
you with help and assistance, to make sure your claim is handled promptly for
you.
We have already spoken to many of you but if you have not yet called us to
report a claim please do so. Attached is a list of our offices and phone numbers
for your use and convenience. Also attached is a list of the claim reporting
phone numbers for the various Insurance companies.

Claim Numbers
Once you have reported your claim, we recommend you keep their phone number and
the claim number they provide to you handy for future use.
As you might expect, the volume of claim calls we have been receiving is very
heavy but we will make it a point to provide a follow up phone call to every
person with a claim and guide you through the claims process to make sure your
claim is handled by the Insurance Company as prompt as possible.
We thank you for the confidence that you have placed in us and are here to help
and assist you in any way we can!
Sincerely,
The Entire Staff at RTI Insurance Services
